Not even the Kids Red Jeep from Dick Smiths is safe around a mad 4wdriving Dad.
Check out the A-Frame, it was put together fairly quickly, and everything in the cubboard was used from electrical lugs to BP connectors etc.
I'm just now working out the front end, possibly a 4 or 5 link. This is one way of keeping the kids happy and bigs kids too.
